A competitor for one of Delhi’s most agreeable historical centers, the National Rail Museum has steam locos and carriages spread across 11 sections of land. Among the admired intruders are the previous Viceregal Dining Car, and the Maharaja of Mysore’s moving cantina. The indoor display remembers a few hands-for shows, a smaller than usual railroad, and two test systems (weekday/end of the week ₹150/300). Outside, a toy train (weekday/end of the week ₹100/200), a delight train (grown-up/youngster ₹20/10, end of the week ₹50/20) and a steam train (₹200, Thursday and Saturday just) chuff around the grounds.
