This(Bagore-ki-Haveli) charitable eighteenth century haveli (customary, luxuriously designed home), set on the water’s edge at Gangaur Ghat, was worked by a Mewar head administrator and has since been painstakingly reestablished. There are 138 rooms set around yards, some masterminded to summon the period during which the house was occupied, while others house social presentations, including – intriguingly enough – the world’s greatest turban.

The haveli additionally houses a display including an intriguing assortment of period photographs of Udaipur and an odd assortment of world-celebrated landmarks cut out of polystyrene.
